1. Purpose These GCU govern access to and use of our platform, including associated training, tools, content and services. They apply to all users (registered members or visitors).

2. Platform access

a. Eligibility requirements You must be of legal age according to the laws of your place of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services.

b. Service availability We strive to maintain the availability of the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur for technical reasons, maintenance, or any other cause. Master Zone reserves the right to modify or terminate access to the training if the platform ceases its activities or is replaced by another service.

3. Registration and user account

a. Account information To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and all activities carried out via your account.

b. Suspension or revocation We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to the platform in the event of non-compliance with these TOS or for any other legitimate reason.

4. Authorized use

a. Restrictions You agree not to :

• • Upload, publish or transmit offensive, defamatory or infringing content.

• • Bypass, disable or interfere with the platform’s security features.

b. License of use We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Intellectual property and content protection

All content available on our platform, including but not limited to training courses, texts, images, videos, software and teaching aids, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, sale, modification or transmission of these contents without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

Any infringement of these rights may be subject to legal action and civil and criminal penalties. We reserve the right to take legal action against any person or entity infringing our intellectual property rights.

6. Payments and refunds

a. Terms of payment Payments for training and other services must be made via the options available on our website. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

7. Risk notification and disclosure

Master Zone

Trading stocks, options and derivatives involves a high degree of risk. Prices can fluctuate unpredictably, and it’s possible to lose more than your initial investment. Risk-reduction strategies such as stop-loss orders do not guarantee complete protection.

In the event of participation in more than 10% of our training sessions or attendance at an online coaching session, no refund will be granted.

9. Modification of the TOS We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an update date. Your continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new GTC.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution These TOS are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

11. International Access Clause Each user is responsible for ensuring that use of our site and services is permitted in accordance with the local laws of his or her country of residence.
