Refund policy

Partial refunds or exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

Refund eligibility:
Refunds are only available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and/or before the participant has completed 10% of the training or attended an online coaching session.

Specific requirements:

Pre-recorded courses: If more than 10% of the content has been viewed or completed, no refund will be given.

Repayment terms :

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@master-zone.com with proof of purchase and an explanation of the request.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of request approval.

Exceptions:

No reimbursement will be made in the event of voluntary non-participation or technical impossibility attributable to the participant.
